1. Stanford Residential College

1239 Dickinson Drive, Coral Gables, FL 33146

Stanford Residential College is composed of two co-ed 12-story towers, Rosborough Tower and Walsh Tower, and floors are assigned to one gender. The towers are connected by a common area on the first floor where the front desk, residential faculty apartments, a classroom, study room, vending machines, and laundry facilities are located.

2. Eaton Residential College

Eaton is located directly on the eastern side of Lake Osceola. The Eaton Residential College rooms are set up in a suite arrangement with two double rooms connected by a bathroom. Each floor includes single and double rooms with study lounges and laundry rooms on each floor.

The University Village (UV) apartments are located between Red Road and San Amaro Drive. These apartments provide students with freedom while maintaining close proximity to campus. Approximately a 15-20 minute walk to the heart of campus, campus shuttles are also provided to help get students to their classes and various activities.

4. Mahoney & Pearson

Located at the northeast end of campus on the corner of Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Stanford Drive, this residential college is 5 minutes walking distance from the University Center, Merrick and Memorial buildings, and The Learning Center. The MetroRail station is only 10 minutes away. Mahoney students dine with Pearson students in the cafeteria just west of the college.

5. Lakeside Village

Opened to students in Fall 2020, Lakeside Village was built as the first phase of the University’s Housing Facilities Strategic Plan to improve its campus housing offerings for students. With a commitment to the integration of the various aspects of campus life into a single facility, the 12-acre village is comprised of 25 interconnected buildings and a multitude of outdoor spaces including a grand courtyard, study spots, recreational spaces, and outdoor terraces.
