- Multi-bulb light fixtures or “octopus lamps”
- Pets except fish
- Safes (only safes leased through Collegiate Bedloft Company)
- Self-built lofts of any kind
- Toasters or toaster ovens
- Two-pronged extension cords – only three prong cords are allowed
- Waterbeds
