9. FSCN 1011 – Science of Food and Cooking
Souffles, custards, sauces, coffee brewing, candy making used to examine physics/chemistry of heat transfer, foams, gels, emulsions, extractions, crystallization.
10. ESCI 1105 – Geology and Cinema
